Information on moderating and restricting user content: 
The moderation and restriction of user content is carried out on the usual basis of content moderation for hosting services and takes into account the legal model of liability for inadmissible third-party content after it has become known ("notice and take down") in accordance with Section 10 of the Telemedia Act (TMG). 
If we receive a sufficiently substantiated report or become aware of inadmissible content, we will block the affected user content and, if possible, request our user to submit a statement or a counter-statement. (Legal basis: § 10 TMG, B.1. of our general terms and conditions of business.) Users can submit statements/counter-statements via the published contact points. 
The user is informed either automatically or manually through email contact. 
The user has the opportunity at any time to make an unlock request and to submit a statement or counter statement. In order to keep our network clean, we also work with various blacklists. If a user IP address is reported via this, the IP address will be blocked.
